You and your attendants will be taken to the International Waiting Lounge by a Guest Relation Executive for further formalities like Registration, verification of passport and VISA, signing of the consent forms and so on.

Once treatment plan is advised by specialist, International Patient Care team arranges quotation or estimated cost of the treatment and hotel stay (if required).
An estimate of expenses, including stay and treatment, will be provided by our International Patient Care team. An advance or full payment must be made before departure from your home country. We accept payment via International Visa or Credit Card, as well as wire transfer.
Cash payments are also accepted at our facility, with a maximum limit of USD 5,000 per patient.
You also have the option to wire transfer funds before travel. The team will arrange to send a Proforma Invoice based on the estimate shared.
If the patient is being admitted directly to the hospital, we arrange complimentary airport pick-up/drop-off for the patient and accompanying attendant, based on the patient’s medical condition or preference.
For OPD and Health checkup appointment coordination will be done by International Patient Coordinator.
